Our journey begins with a delightful Kakhuri breakfast, followed by a master class on the traditional art of baking “shoti” bread. Indulge in the finest cheeses and buffalo milk yogurts, and prepare a delicious dessert alongside a local Georgian family.

Next, we’ll head to the bustling Gurjaani market, brimming with fresh, local delicacies. Here, you’ll also enjoy a wine tasting led by esteemed wine expert Zura Mgvdliashvili, founder of Zero Compromise wines.

In the afternoon, immerse yourself in a craft beer-making demonstration. While Georgia holds tight to its traditions, its beer scene is also embracing exciting new techniques.
